Privacy notice
Short version: the only information we collect on this website is what you type into the walkthrough request form, and we use it to answer you.
What the form collects
The request form on Request a Walkthrough asks for your name, your company or property, your email address, your phone number, the type of building, the town it is in, the services you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box. The page you submitted from is recorded with it, so we know which page brought you here.
Nothing else on this site collects anything. There is no login, no shopping cart, and no newsletter.
Where it goes
The form sends what you typed to Onside LLC, the company that builds and hosts this website for us. Onside stores the request and emails it to us. We read it, and we call or email you back about your building. That is the whole trip.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes we will say so here first.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we may need them to serve you or to answer a question about work we did. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.
Children
This is a website for commercial building owners and facility managers. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
