Family-run in Galveston since 2002
Ben and Heather Peterek started Gulfside in 2002 to give businesses in their own community a commercial cleaning company they could count on. It is still their company.
Who we are
Gulfside is family-run and women-owned, based in Galveston, and fully insured. We clean for more than 70 contract customers every month across Galveston County and the Clear Lake area. Gulfside is a member of the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce.
Why the new name
For most of our history we were Gulfside Cleaning Services. The work has grown well past cleaning. Today it also covers floor care, disinfecting, storm cleanup and water extraction, facilities maintenance, interior repairs and build-outs, and landscaping. Gulfside Commercial Services is the name that fits that work. Same owners, same phone number, same email.
How we work
- Contract cleaning on a schedule set around your hours: nightly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- A written proposal for your building after a walkthrough. Estimates and proposals are free.
- Monthly billing. Major credit cards accepted.
